Brian Curtis started his Real Estate career in 2005 by founding HomeQuest Realty, a small firm focused on working with first-time buyers. Brian slowly expanded for the next few years and co-founded Southwest Funding of Bella Vista, a mortgage company serving the local area.

Natalie Burchit came to Northwest Arkansas in 2009 from the great state of Iowa with her husband Bill and two children. She served the community through nonprofit work with the Rogers-Lowell Chamber of Commerce and fundraising for area organizations. They instantly fell in love with the natural beauty, exciting arts community and outdoor activities.

I was born in Ft Smith, AR and have lived in several states including Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Illinois before landing back in NW Arkansas in 2014. I honestly wouldn't want to live anywhere else. The unique blend of economic, cultural, and natural elements of Northwest Arkansas makes it the perfect community to thrive both professionally and personally.

Cindy was born in New York but was raised in Orlando, Florida. She graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Business in 2001. She married her college sweetheart and is a devoted mom of three awesome kiddos. She loves helping people with finding homes. When she isn't working, she is spending time with her family either at soccer games, volunteering at church or right here in beautiful NWA. She loves the great outdoors and enjoys hiking, swimming and skating. Her favorite part of the job is seeing the excitement and smiles on our customers' faces when they close on their current or new home.

Originally from Batesville, AR, Adam moved to NWA in Fall of 2002 to enroll at the U of A. After receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Foods, Human Nutrition & Hospitality in 2005, Adam worked at Bordinos Restaurant on Dickson Street as the General Manager. Wanting to make a change, he left the restaurant world in 2014 and dove into another one, real estate. Bringing along his passion for hospitality & client satisfaction, Adam serves NWA families with one of the biggest decisions they make, buying a home.

Micah discovered his passion for Real Estate while pursuing a degree at the University of Arkansas. Shortly after graduating with a Bachelors in Finance and Real Estate, Micah got his Real Estate license and has been a Realtor in the Rogers area ever since.

Born and raised in Kansas, Brandon moved to NW Arkansas in 2018 with his wife Danielle and their three children to plant a new church. With a background in ministry, Brandon believes that relationships are the most meaningful part of life and brings that passion to the world of real estate. He deeply enjoys helping people find exactly what they need, from first time home buyers to families finding their forever home to retirees ready to downsize. Brandon succeeds when his clients are served well!
