Because a real guarantee works as a partnership, the program is built on clear, common-sense commitments we agree on together up front. First, we mutually agree on the listing price and pricing strategy in writing — including pre-agreed price-adjustment checkpoints if market feedback shows one is needed. Second, you follow our agreed home-prep and staging recommendations and provide reasonable showing access so qualified buyers can experience your home at its best.
Every home in the program receives our full marketing engine — architectural photography, virtual staging, a custom single-property website with 3D tour, targeted digital syndication, and our 24/7 Live Seller Dashboard — and we review all written program terms together at your listing consultation before you sign anything. *Terms and conditions apply.
